• Conducts overall acceptance tests of equipment and transmission systems required for the network, ensuring that data gathering and troubleshooting occur for each transmission.
• Coordinates with Billings Clinic staff, site facilitators, technical service staff, and technical vendors to resolve technical problems.
• Coordinates all network troubleshooting reports and clearing reports to users' satisfaction.
• Assists in the preparation of Requests for Proposal for distribution to equipment and T-1 service providers.

• Prepares monthly and quarterly account reports.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly statistical reports for Telemedicine Directors, evaluation of grant, and network goal attainment. Reports include quality improvement monitoring.
